Held at the mansion, in Jefferson City, Mo. Black Tie Party!
It contained:
3 cases of Budweiser 
On the top (hard to see in photo) was a engraved Flute with his name & Birthday
Decorated with Celebration Decorations
Placed upon a 24” Real Cake Plate.
